With a background in accountancy and experience in the creative sector, Twan brings both structure and adaptability to his role at Panda. He was drawn to the company’s fast-paced, international culture and joined to help build the financial foundations behind its ambitious growth.
As Senior Financial Controller, Twan works across teams and borders to create clarity, efficiency, and scalable systems. He’s passionate about turning numbers into insight and making sure Panda’s growth is built on solid ground.
One of his proudest achievements? Helping shape a stronger international financial structure that supports smarter operations and frees the business to focus on what it does best.
Outside of work, Twan is just as performance-driven, having recently run a sub-3-hour marathon and now competing in HYROX events.
