With a background in Work & Organisational Psychology and Strategic HRM, Merel brings a sharp understanding of what drives people and how that translates into high-performing teams. At Panda, she works at the intersection of culture, systems, and strategy to ensure both internal staff and external contractors thrive in a fast-scaling, people-first environment.
Merel plays a key role in supporting the professionals under our payroll at Panda Flex, working at client sites. Whether it’s onboarding, compliance, or day-to-day support, she ensures every contractor has a smooth, well-supported experience - from their first day to their final milestone.
Currently leading the rollout of a new HR system across all entities, Merel is helping integrate smart tech and AI into Panda’s processes, building a scalable foundation for the future of recruitment.
Outside the office, she’s an identical twin - something that taught her early on the power of individuality. It’s no surprise she now works every day to help others grow into their own.
