He made the leap into recruitment, starting in IT roles in New Zealand, and eventually found his way to the Netherlands - and to Panda. The blend of AI, innovation, and life sciences was the perfect fit.
Today, Dominic specialises in recruiting AI and Data Science professionals for MedTech companies across Europe. He thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge tech and meaningful impact, helping fast-growing teams find the talent that brings ideas to life and to market.
