Daria plays a key role in Panda’s delivery team, supporting one of our largest MSP accounts. She’s known for being consistently accountable, someone clients and candidates trust to follow through and deliver on every commitment. Whether she’s handling urgent briefs or building long-term hiring pipelines, she brings clarity, care, and consistency to everything she does.
Beyond client delivery, Dasha has recently stepped into people management - a new chapter she’s thriving in. One of her proudest moments? Seeing her trainee make her first deal in just nine weeks, while knowing she played a part in that success.
She’s also lived in five countries and speaks four languages, giving her a uniquely global perspective and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life!
