After studying Forensic Psychology and later moving into in-house recruitment, I realised just how much I love this field. I always knew recruitment was right for me, but something was missing - I wanted to be somewhere fast-paced, impactful, and genuinely exciting. That’s how I found my way to Panda.
Today, I focus on placing QA/RA professionals in IVD companies, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Every day is different, and the people I meet come from such diverse, fascinating backgrounds. What they all share is passion and deep expertise, and getting to support them is truly inspiring.
My clients know they can count on two things: my passion and the fact that I genuinely care. I care about this industry, and I care about the people I work with. I go the extra mile - not just to deliver results, but to really understand who they are and what they need.
One of my favourite moments was helping a candidate land her dream job. From the very first conversation, I knew she was the perfect match. She was kind, driven, and exactly what the company needed. Seeing it all come together and closing that deal was incredibly rewarding.
And something that might surprise you: I’m a classically trained violin and viola player, and I performed at Disneyland Paris for five years in a row with my orchestra!
