That journey gave him a deep understanding of both the commercial engine of recruitment and the infrastructure needed to scale it successfully.
At Panda, he leads the Central Function team, covering everything from HR and training to systems, processes, and culture. He thrives on the variety his role offers - partnering across all areas of the business to drive performance, develop people, and shape scalable, future-fit operations.
