She joined Panda during the height of COVID-19, seizing the opportunity to make a direct, meaningful impact by building the teams behind vaccine manufacturing and critical medical innovations. Today, she specialises in placing leadership, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs talent within the Netherlands, focusing particularly on the Medical Device and MedTech sectors.
Aimee thrives on guiding companies through high-growth and transformation phases, scaling teams quickly while maintaining exceptional quality. Her approach is rooted in transparency, persistence, and long-term partnership, qualities that have seen her successfully deliver over 30 strategic hires for a MedTech scale-up and strengthen the QA leadership of a global organisation undergoing significant change.
Outside the office, Aimee’s competitive nature shines through - she’s ranked among the top 30 squash players in the Netherlands and is an avid surfer. Originally from South Africa, she’s now firmly based in the Netherlands, bringing a global perspective to every client and candidate relationship.
