About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software used in regulated medical environments. Depending on the project, this can include embedded software, application development, or system-level engineering within multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions
Work closely with hardware, systems, and quality teams
Contribute to software architecture and technical decision-making
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g. IEC 62304)
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
Background in software engineering, computer science, or similar
Experience with languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, or C#
Interest or experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus, not required)
