I am looking for a Senior Engineer (Electrical/Mechatronics) for the top biotech located in Breda.
Key-responsibilities:
- As part of project teams, deploy new products and upgrades of systems as well as new equipment within our state-of-the-art labeling and packaging lines.
- Working on projects of different complexity and assuring a high-quality deployment with the asset lifecycle in mind.
- Be the electrical/mechatronics expert for our maintenance and engineering team as well as project teams.
- Assessing complex problems relating to processes or equipment and assisting with recommending and implementing solutions.
- Independently plan and execute all maintenance and engineering-related tasks in your assigned projects.
- Write test protocols, perform technical evaluations, and submit technical assessment reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Equipment Engineering, Automation, Digital, Validation, QA, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
What qualifications are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of engineering, science, or related technological field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 7+ years of relevant work experience with 5+ years in operations/manufacturing environment.
- In-depth disciplinary knowledge.
- Developed project management techniques.
- Direct experience with the regulated environment (GMP, OSHA, EPA).
- Willing to occasionally work outside office hours.
- Fluency in Dutch & English, both in oral and written communication.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
