Nadia brings more than fifteen years of international finance experience to Panda, spanning the logistics, SaaS, and manufacturing sectors, and backed by an MBA in Finance and Accounting. What drew her to Panda was its ambitious culture and the chance to help shape the finance function of a growing international business.
As Senior Financial Controller, Nadia leads the finance team and oversees financial operations across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Switzerland. Working closely with the CFO, she's at her best when improving processes and turning financial information into clear insights. At a previous company, she streamlined the month-end close, delivering faster, more reliable reporting and a stronger finance function overall, a result she's especially proud of.
Outside of finance, Nadia is a devoted BTS fan who loves pairing her two passions: music and travel, ideally with a concert waiting at the destination.
