  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

  • Professional experience in industrial engineering, operational excellence, or process improvement within a manufacturing or operations environment.

  • Experience working in regulated environments such as GMP or GDP.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Experience applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Root Cause Analysis.

  • Experience monitoring and analyzing operational or process performance data.

  • Experience leading or contributing to process improvement or optimization projects.

  • Experience optimizing operational workflows or internal value streams.

  • Experience using digital or analytical tools for data analysis and performance monitoring.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional operational teams.
