Germany - Direct contract (Permanent)
An established international medical device organisation is expanding its commercial team in Germany and is looking for experienced Sales Representatives to support continued growth across multiple territories.
In this field-based role, you will be responsible for managing an assigned sales territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the adoption of innovative diabetes management solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in delivering commercial success while improving patient access to advanced diabetes technologies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial experience.
Minimum 3 years of field sales experience within Medical Devices.
Proven experience selling diabetes-related products, ideally Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and/or Blood Glucose Monitoring (BGM) solutions.
Demonstrated success managing a geographical sales territory and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the German healthcare market.
Excellent relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
Fluent German and professional English.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Experience within diabetes care or endocrinology.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Location: Germany (Territory Based)
