Regional Sales Manager – Diabetes Medical Devices

Germany - Direct Contract (Permanent)

Job Description

An international medical device organisation is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead its commercial team across Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business focused on delivering innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Representatives, implementing regional commercial strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally to ensure commercial excellence while supporting the continued expansion of the business.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of Medical Device sales experience.

  • Previous experience managing a field-based sales team.

  • Strong background within Diabetes Care, ideally CGM and/or BGM (Blood Glucose Monitoring).

  • Proven success delivering regional sales growth.

  • Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong understanding of the German healthcare market.

  • Fluent German and professional English.

  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience leading product launches.

  • Existing relationships within the diabetes healthcare community.

  • Strong strategic planning and forecasting skills.

  • CRM and sales analytics experience.

  • Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.

  • Ability to work across multiple internal functions.

Practicalities

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: Direct contract (Permanent)

Location: Germany

Additional: National travel required. Leadership responsibility for a regional field sales team.
