A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced interim professional to support a short-term improvement project led by the Quality department. The role focuses on driving and completing defined improvement initiatives at the intersection of Quality and Operations within a GMP-regulated environment. The specialist will help structure ongoing initiatives, analyze current processes, and ensure implementation of operational and quality improvements together with internal teams.

Non-Negotiable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Experience working in GMP-regulated environments.

  • Professional experience in Quality and/or Operations within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sector.

  • Experience delivering project-based process improvement initiatives within an organizational setting.

  • Experience working in cross-functional environments involving both Quality and Operations functions.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Experience supporting short-term improvement or optimization projects within regulated manufacturing environments.

  • Experience working within biopharmaceutical manufacturing organizations.

  • Experience creating project structure, oversight frameworks, or implementation plans for operational improvements.

  • Previous interim or freelance assignment experience within regulated life sciences environments.
