The objective is to leave behind a more structured, efficient and sustainable co-packing operation.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting operational governance and facilitating relevant decision-making meetings.
  • Managing and following up purchase orders, master data, SAP inputs, BOMs and related administration.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, specifications, supplier information and decision logs.
  • Mapping all current co-packing activities and identifying where time and resources are being spent.
  • Conducting a workload and capacity assessment, including activity frequency, complexity, seasonality and required competencies.
  • Identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Implementing practical quick wins during the assignment.
  • Developing recommendations around future workload allocation, capacity, governance and ways of working.
  • Creating a clear roadmap and handover for activities that continue after the assignment.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who combines strong operational experience with an analytical and improvement-focused mindset.

You ideally bring:

  • Strong experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Co-Packing or Operational Project Management.
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional operational environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with process mapping, workload analysis and capacity assessment.
  • A practical understanding of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • The confidence to challenge existing ways of working and translate findings into pragmatic recommendations.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft 365.
  • Comfort working hands-on with purchase orders, master data, reporting and documentation.
  • Experience with co-packing operations, operating-model design or excise processes is considered an advantage.

What Success Looks Like

By the end of the assignment, daily operations should be stable and controlled, with clear visibility of priorities, risks and workload.
