MUST HAVE
- Hands-on LC (liquid chromatography) experience - required, not trainable on the job. Various detection methods.
- Prior experience that allows fast ramp-up; the team needs someone operational within a short timeframe.
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field (or Bachelor's + relevant experience).
- GMP exposure - general awareness required, practical experience a plus.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING
- Running analyses for product/process characterization, method development & validation, release, and stability testing - LC-focused.
- Evaluating and interpreting results scientifically, with accountability for accuracy.
- Working across multiple teams; workload is high due to project-driven, short-timeline demands.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, methods, specifications, GMP, and lab safety.
SOFTWARE YOU SHOULD KNOW
- Empower and/or OpenLab (chromatography data systems)
- e-LIMS or comparable lab information management system
