Urgently looking for a Dutch Speaking Seed Shipment Specialist for a leading agriculture company in Enkhuizen. This company helps to improve global food security by enabling millions of farmers to make better use of available resources.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations within the Seed Shipment Coordinators
• Provide support to the internal and external logistic affairs like monitoring information and orders and advice in case of constraints
• Responsible for all documents required in line with International Trade Regulations
• Arrange requests for Plant Health Inspections for shipments with plant material
• Coordination for inspectors to inspect incoming products
• Initiate request for Import Permits for Shipments
• Ensure a high level of customer service to suppliers and customers
• Be responsible to indicate plant passports on required crops
• Management and coordination of Master Data from Received towards End Item level, including Test plans for a plant(s)
• Manage the process of derogations and pro-rates.

 

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (preferably in other languages e.g., German, French)
• BSc degree in Logistics, with 3 years experience in (preferably agricultural-)international business and trade.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, e.g., exports documents
• Understanding of legal documents and the purposes
• Knowledge in multiple SAP functions, Microsoft skills and Computer literate

 

Practicalities

• Location: Enkhuizen
• Part time: 3 days per week or 5 mornings per week
• Start date: ASAP
