Quality Assurance Specialist - Northern Switzerland
An innovative leader in the pharmaceutical sector based in Northern Switzerland is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role focuses on enhancing quality assurance procedures, overseeing document management, and contributing to our commitment to excellence in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Supervise and maintain essential documents in the company's Document Control System.
- Lead the internal Training Management Program, ensuring effective training and continuous development.
- Oversee and contribute to Quality Assurance improvement initiatives and Batch Release processes.
- Serve as the primary Complaint Officer, handling product quality complaints and monthly audit reconciliations.
- Manage system administration within the global Training Framework, providing necessary performance metrics.
- Oversee the processing and administration of agreements (Confidentiality, Quality, Vendor Agreements) in the Contract Management System.
- Facilitate interactions and collaboration with diverse team members across the organization and globally.
- A degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- At least two years' experience in the pharma industry, with a focus on Quality Management.
- In-depth knowledge of local regulatory standards, GMP/GDP practices, and proficient documentation skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, Visio); familiarity with Veeva or similar systems is a plus.
- Exceptional communication abilities and comfort working in an international environment.
- Proactive, independent professional with a solution-focused approach, adept in a high-energy setting.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages like French or Italian are a plus.
