Our client, a highly regarded pharmaceutical packaging company that plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and integrity of pharmaceutical products, is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist, to join their growing team in Switzerland. You will be at the forefront of ensuring that the pharmaceutical packaging processes meet the highest quality standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Systems Maintenance: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality management system, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal policies.

  2. Quality Control: Conduct inspections, audits, and assessments to monitor and verify that packaging operations meet established quality standards and specifications.

  3. Documentation: Maintain and manage quality documentation, including batch records, test data, and quality records.

  4. Non-Conformance Management: Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformances. Participate in investigations and work to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

  5. Compliance: Stay up to date with current regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices, ensuring that the company's quality assurance processes remain in compliance.

  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including production, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to drive quality initiatives and resolve quality-related issues.

  7. Training: Provide training to personnel on quality standards, GMP, and the importance of quality assurance in the packaging process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., chemistry, pharmacy, or life sciences).
  • Previous experience in quality assurance roles in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at documentation and record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
