Our client, a trailblazing biotech company dedicated to advancing biologics, are currently seeking a highly motivated QC Technician to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control Testing: Conduct routine quality control testing on biologic products to verify adherence to established quality standards and specifications.
- Instrumentation Operation: Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and instrumentation to ensure precision and reliability.
- Data Analysis: Analyze test data, evaluate results, and report any deviations or discrepancies, initiating investigations and corrective actions when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all quality control tests and results, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Sample Collection: Collect, prepare, and handle samples for testing, adhering to established procedures and safety protocols.
- Method Validation: Participate in the validation and verification of testing methods, as well as any method transfer activities as required.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in quality control testing procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards, including GMP and ISO, and assist in regulatory inspections when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant life sciences discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Profound knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards, with a focus on biologics.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
