Our client is an exciting biotech company dedicated to advancing precision medicine solutions that are transforming healthcare. They are now looking fora driven QC Manager to lead their quality control efforts and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Control Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive quality control strategy that aligns with the company's mission and complies with regulatory requirements.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with international and national regulatory standards, including GxP, ISO, and relevant guidelines.
  3. Quality Systems Oversight: Manage and optimize the quality management system, overseeing document control, CAPA processes, and risk management.
  4. Quality Audits: Plan and conduct internal and external audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  5. Method Validation: Lead the development and validation of new quality control testing methods, as well as improvements to existing methods.
  6. Data Analysis: Analyze quality control data, report deviations, initiate investigations, and drive corrective actions when required.
  7. Supplier Quality: Manage and evaluate supplier quality through audits, assessments, and compliance monitoring.
  8. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of QC professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and compliance within the organization.



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant life sciences discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in quality control within biotech or pharmaceutical industries, with a strong preference for precision medicine expertise.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards, including GMP and ISO.
  • Proficiency in operating and optimizing laboratory equipment and quality control systems.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a history of leading quality initiatives and implementing quality systems.
