Position Summary:

Lead investigations and ensure top-quality manufacturing and laboratory practices. Drive improvements, review SOPs, and act as an expert in quality investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs.
• Drive process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and report any concerns related to EHS, quality, or compliance.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of biopharmaceutical operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of science, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with cell therapy, analytical testing, or biotech manufacturing.
• Proficiency in EU and US cGMP regulations.
