Our Project Manager (EMEA) provides proactive and reactive Project Management to significant customer orders in order to streamline and improve efficiency of customer and internal project communication and coordination. In this position you are responsible for world class Project Management to complement our position as a customer-first, value added, Global partner.
Drivers for applying project management are non-standards solutions, application risks, project size, customer experience level, strategic importance. Depending on the type of project this can already start in the pre-sales phase in case of non-standard solution offering.
You'll be reporting to the Global Customer Service manager and primarily manage projects in Europe for all company product lines.
You will be responsible for communication and coordination of assigned projects from customer order through customer sign-off. The Project Manager tracks active projects, supports others as needed, owns the coordination of customer revisions and is responsible to see that sold commission services for their projects are executed.
We expect good business knowledge and working experience with Business to Business relationships. You are an independent professional with a natural desire to investigate, help and improving everything that comes on your path. Despite being independent you are also excellent in cooperation and communication. You are at your best when working in a fast paced and changing environment.
