As an Order Fulfillment Team Lead, you manage a team, you are involved in process optimization and you get energy from a flawless order fulfillment process. You see the combination of these activities as a challenge, so you go home with a good feeling every day.

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management
  • Relevant work experience within an international distribution/logistics and customer service-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes
  • Mastery of the Dutch and English language
  • Knowledge of ERP, preferably extensive SAP experience
  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
Vacancy Description

As Team Lead of a team with 7-12 Order Fulfillment Officers (OFOs), no day is the same. You ensure that the OFOs can do their work optimally and support them in this. The team you manage knows how to create an optimal customer order flow, from the moment the order is received until the moment the goods are delivered to the customers. Together with the team, you ensure that the order-to-cash process is carried out in an efficient and customer-oriented manner, so that the products arrive at their destination on time and in the right manner! In your role as Team Lead, you are involved in process optimization and implement improvements where necessary. Increasing the quality of service by optimizing and making processes more efficient is self-evident for you.

You are in contact with various internal and external parties, so you have contact with colleagues in the factories and the Regional Sales Offices (these are located in Brazil, the US and China), but also with external parties such as production partners, service providers and authorities.

  • You are responsible for the efficient functioning of the Order Fulfillment team
  • You are responsible for correctly processing orders and shipments, documentation, complaints and questions from internal and external stakeholders
  • Writing and keeping up-to-date procedures, work instructions and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensuring correct and customer-oriented communication between team and stakeholders
  • You provide leadership, set priorities and facilitate your team
  • You are the link between the team and the order fulfillment manager, you determine when things will escalate and what activities we will undertake
  • You conduct interviews and are responsible for the onboarding of new colleagues
  • You are responsible for team planning, holidays and absences
  • You hold development discussions with your team members, you set goals together and support them in their development.

  • Duration 6 months until the end of the year
  • Working from home, max. 1 day, other days at the office
