For a big international pharmaceutical company in Breda area, I’m looking for a logistics manager, Are you an experienced logistics professional passionate about optimizing supply chain processes and delivering outstanding results? Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in shaping efficient and innovative logistics strategies. We’re seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in supply chain management, project coordination, and supplier optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead supplier management initiatives, ensuring top-notch service and streamlined operations.
  • Oversee supply chain activities, including cold chain and warehousing, across multiple geographies.
  • Drive cross-departmental and cross-regional project management efforts.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
  • Manage service level agreements and supplier performance to meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and long-term solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, including GMP and GDP, where applicable.
  • Represent company interests in negotiations, fostering strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor and optimize key logistics processes beyond the scope of your department.
  • Deliver presentations and data-driven insights to influence decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Change Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience in supply chain or logistics, with 5+ years in supplier management.
  • Advanced knowledge of supply chain, cold chain, warehousing, and process improvement.
  • Proven project management expertise, with experience across departments and regions.
  • Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written) and advanced analytical tools, including MS Excel.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently under pressure and in a team setting.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with GMP and GDP standards.
  • Knowledge of operational excellence frameworks like Six Sigma and FMEA.
  • Experience using SAP, BW, and technical writing tools.
  • Background in setting up service level agreements.
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Availability for occasional conference calls outside standard working hours.
  • Full-time commitment.
