Learning and Development Executive

To support our growth ambitions, we are currently looking for a?Learning and Development Executive to support our Head of Learning & Development in growing our in-house Learning and Development Department and coach and develop new colleagues. 

Responsibilities of the Learning and Development Specialist 

  • Responsible for the onboarding and systems training of all new employees into the business.  

  • Deliver 3-month training programmes to all new consultants in the business. This is a blend of in-classroom, desk-side and workshop-based training.   

  • Responsible for all new consultants – up to 3 months. 

  • Responsible for leading and conducting Weekly Reviews with all consultants under 3 months.  

  • Responsible for setting and monitoring KPIs for consultants under 3 months. 

  • Support managers on probation and contract extension meetings with Junior Consultants.  

  • Ongoing L&D initiatives for Junior Consultants; workshops, coaching, mentoring.  

  • Responsible for managing and developing L&D documents and material.  

  • Responsible for tracking and monitoring data associated with L&D.  

  • Give feedback to managers on the development of their consultants. 

  • Giving didactic advice to managers how to assist in the learning and development of their consultants. 

  • Controlling and improving business ratio’s; time to first bill, retention, attrition, etc.  

  • Assist in developing a robust Learning and Development strategy for the Panda.  

Requirements of the Learning and Development Specialist 

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.   

  • A real passion for developing people in a sales environment. 

  • Experience in coaching and developing employees. 

  • A good understanding of business metrics/KPI’s in a recruitment environment. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Fluency in Dutch is preferred).
