We are seeking a highly motivated and creative HR support & Office manager to join our team. In this role, you play a crucial role ensuring that both people and office environment runs smoothly, especially in the dynamics of a tech company. You will be our employees' first point of contact and provide support to our management in various projects related to the growth of our organization!

Your role
  • Serving as the first point of contact for employees;
  • Championing a healthy and happy environment for our colleagues.;
  • Offering suggestions for improvements that benefit the organisation, and executing these together with your colleagues;
  • Providing support to existing and new employees (recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance cycle) :
  • Structured processing of HR documents and forms
    • Maintaining personnel files and databases in HR software
    • Assist in hiring and onboarding of new colleagues
  • Supporting the personal development of the team
    • Answering employee questions on HR-related matters
    • Managing the absenteeism registration and monitor relevant deadlines,
    • Managing the leave administration
  • You contribute to ideas and implementation of optimizing HR processes
    • Organizing of team-building activities and events
  • Assisting management in organizing important meetings and special projects;
  • Executing general office management tasks.
About you
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree (HR, Business administration, Management, etc)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of HR policies; • Strong organizational and multitasking skills (efficient planning, organising and prioritising is key to ensure that processes run smoothly and deadlines are met);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (the ability to build effective relationships;
  • Familiarity with all kinds of Software, proficient in Microsoft Office 365;
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English. Please note, Dutch is a must;
  •  You are available for at least 3 days a week
