Reporting directly to the COO, Panda International is currently searching for a HR Operations Lead to join our Head office located next to the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.

We are looking for that strategic partner who can add value across the organisation and support the COO in the development of the HR and Operations Strategy.
This role will not just over see HR related matters for Panda International but also for our Payroll company Panda Flex. Last year we laid the foundations for further growth by setting up Swiss and German entities, which is a fantastic opportunity to grow the Panda brand. In 2020 we set up our own Payroll organization, Panda Flex, where we second candidates to our clients.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Operations Lead Role:
 

A strategic HR professional and someone who can partner with the business and can forward think for a business that is experiencing double digit growth.
Managing a team of 3 (Finance, HR, Operations) within the function. The team itself has plans to double in size within 2023.
Next to work on the strategic side, the role entails being hands on in dealing with HR Related matters not limited to Internal and External Contracts, Visa Applications, 30% Ruling applications for as well our own internal organisation as Panda Flex.
Ideally you have some experience in payroll and can advise the business on payroll related matters and questions.
Management of the team including development, performance management, disciplinary, training, reward and benefit schemes, recruitment for future team members
Strategic advising within HR and the operational matters of our new entities – we have recently opened an office and entity in Frankfurt and plan to Strategically grow further in the coming years.
Advise the organisation on compliance matters.
Overseeing HR Management of employees within Panda Flex and Panda International.
Identification and implementation of quality improvements within the organisation, drawing from ideas of all employees and external stakeholders.
Implementation of internal processes from a back-office perspective. 

 

Key Requirements of the HR Operations Lead Role:
 

Fluency in Dutch and English is essential (German would be advantageous)
A Strategic mentality with a Pro Active and ‘Can do’ Mentality
Holds a Bachelors in HR or another related discipline
Strong communication skills and able to effectively business partner across internal and external Stakeholders.
3-6 Years’ Experience within HR/Operations
Knowledge of Dutch Payroll and Local Labour Laws
