Data Science Lead

One of our clients is looking for a talented Data Science Lead to join their team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to accelerate drug discovery and development processes. 

Requirements:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading data science projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists to drive data-driven innovation in drug development.
• Develop and implement machine learning models to analyze complex biomedical data.
• Collaborate with research and clinical teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis to support clinical trial design and decision-making.
