As a Customer Success Consultant at Panda, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting our contractors as they work for our clients. Delivering excellence within Customer Success Executive and identifying and resolving any pain points within a candidate’s journey. You will be a proactive individual with a solution-oriented mindset. 

Responsibilities for the Customer Success Executive: 

  • Respond to contractors’ inquiries via phone or email and resolve issues in a professional manner. 

  • Responsible for handling and resolving contractors’ complaints or escalating them to the appropriate department. 

  • Identify and assess contactors needs to achieve satisfaction. 

  • Responsible for the main communication with the contractors during the time working with us.  

  • Working hand in hand with HR and Payroll to ensure a smooth journey for the contractor.  

  • Assessing or identifying pain-points in the contractor journey 

Key Requirements for the Customer Success Executive: 

  • Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English 

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with contractors. 

  • 6+ Months experience within a similar role (Prior Recruitment Experience or Customer Success is Preferred) 

  • Used to working within a fast-paced environment. 

  • Problem-solving mentality 

  • Customer-centric attitude 

  • Highly organized individual
