Customer Relations Coordinator
For one of our leading MedTech clients we are looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Relations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to the International Sales Team, Distributors and Customers within your assigned division.
Location: Hoevelaken

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the International Sales Team, Distributors, and Customers in assigned territory
  • Act as the key contact for customers worldwide and handle incoming complaint reports
  • Manage new customer approval process, distributor contracts, and consignment contracts
  • Handle order entry, returned product handling, and consignment- and car stock management
  • Maintain history and traceability files, control prices, and liaise with necessary departments
  • Support international sales team with up-to-date customer information, data, analysis, and reports


Requirements:

  • MBO/HBO diploma
  • Experience in a similar role in an (medical) international environment is highly desirable
  • Proficient in English and Dutch
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Service-oriented, flexible, analytical, and stress-resilient
