Associate Manufacturing Process Technician – 2 Shifts / 3 Shifts

 

This position is for professionals located near Breda. Relocation is not provided.

 

Shifts:

  • 2 or 3 shifts (flexible: OR 2 shifts, OR 3)

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and self-reflective individual to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, coachable, and committed to excellence in pharmaceutical production. With a solid understanding of GMP principles, standard work processes, and the demands of a production environment, this person will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. The role requires focus, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to rotate seamlessly between production lines and tasks.

 

Requirements:

Work Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical or GMP/GDP setting preferred).
  • Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Experience collaborating with colleagues from various countries.
  • Awareness of continuous improvement processes related to the role.

 

Education:

  • General MBO (Level 2) or equivalent.
  • MBO-level proficiency in English (verbal, reading, and writing).

  • Structured and disciplined in approach.
  • Clear and concise communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production lines following established procedures.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other operators and the Line Lead to achieve defined goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Escalate issues promptly when necessary.
  • Take ownership of tasks and outcomes.
  • Actively participate in shift handovers to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Complete required training within specified deadlines.

 

Practical Details:

  • Contract: Long-term contract, starting with a 12-month term (extension possible).
  • Location: Onsite.
  • Shifts: 2 or 3 shifts.
  • Salary: €36,422 gross/year + shift allowance + travel allowance.
  • Vacation: 30 vacation days.
