Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you make a difference by attracting top talent - you enable yourself to look beyond just a resume but finding the right 'attitude' and 'mindset' determines the long-term success of Panda International. You do a combination of headhunting, marketing and networking.

In short, you are an entrepreneur within an organization!

  • Going through the entire recruitment cycle: a mix of - warm – headhunting passive candidates and networking to identify the best candidates.

  • Fulfil recruitment needs by recruiting top talent for open positions within Panda International.

  • Developing and building the employer brand within Panda International and you are a Brand Ambassador.

  • Think strategically with the organization.

  • Supporting the Social Media channels.

  • Visiting and organizing (online)events.

 

Requirements?

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree.

  • You are self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude.

  • You have at least 6 to 12 months of experience in recruitment or sales.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • You are communicative.

  • You strive to excel.
