For a booming Biotech company I am looking for a Site Supply Manager to lead the Supply Chain Planning Team in which procurement and planning professionals are working together focused on ensuring material availability for the lifesaving drug products that the company produces for their customers. You’ll be reporting to the Supply Chain Director.



  • Mentors, coaches, and develops Procurement, Supply Planning and Data Analyst personnel.
  • Manages and supports the cell& gene order journey by developing systems, processes and managing SOPs
  • Provides leadership for Supply Chain Planning across facilities’ operations, logistics, and manufacturing while working in partnership to ensure operational success.
  • Support Supply Chain Planning team for critical production items and create standard work / playbook.
  • Proactively identifies and mitigates any potential supply interruptions, performs required corrective measurements or escalates to next level support
  • Works in close collaboration with cross functional stakeholders to ensure a successful manufacturing runs.
  • Champion the development and maintenance of the systems to accurately manage vendor lead times and order quantities to meet customer shipping schedules
  • Manage & coordinate required streams of work to maintain data quality and accuracy in line with GMP documentation and ensure adherence to GMP standards from a Supply Chain perspective
  • Develop tools and strategies for proactively identifying and resolving material shortages to prevent impact to established shipping schedules
  • Support the physical inventory process including reconciling cycle counts, managing non-conforming materials inventory, end of life stock, and scrap
  • Develops continuous improvement plans for systems and processes
  • Partners collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals
  • Oversee mid-stream manufacturing changes and project revisions are managed correctly in ERP system so that the proper material levels are procured
  • Oversee the report of Site KPIs & follow-up on achieving and maintaining operational targets
  • Contributes to the KPI and performance settings


  • Background in Supply Chain, preferably within the Pharma or Medical Devices industry.
  • Good project management skills and affinity with both Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance.
  • English is the only required language.

HOURS 40 hours a week

DURATION 8 months with high chance of extension till the end of 2022 / starting ASAP
