This requires a committed and driven Sales Manager who guides an international team of sales colleagues in their processes and the development of their value proposition. With your knowledge of the medical device market, you contribute to their growth in Europe and the success of the company. You will work with very experienced and knowledgeable colleagues within an innovative working environment. You will be part of the management team. Moreover, you will have “freedom” in commercial actions and sales strategy.
- Managing all aspects of the sales process
- Leading a team of 15 people and expanding
- Guiding, coaching and leading teams and their members to achieve their personal and functional goal.
- Be a role model and sets the required standard
- Lead the team to sustainable growth
- Defining personal and business objectives for individual people and countries.
- Sales-driven and team-oriented manger
- Existing network in Healthcare/Medical Devices is a must
- You know your customers, such as hospitals, private clinics, insurance companies and governments.
- Have data management knowledge
- CRM Experience
- Corporative in the field
- Dutch and English speaking. French would be a plus
