I am looking for EMEA Regional Demand Planners

 

As the EMEA Regional Demand Planner, you also will monitor, analyze, understand, and challenge the quality of the enrichments provided by the commercial teams (assumptions, deltas, consumption, trends, issues, gaps, risks, opportunities) and issue advice at the request or at own initiative based on own expertise.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, run monthly demand plan and set supply strategy and planning parameters in planning systems, as well as perform scenario analysis to understand supply impact of demand changes;
  • Manage finished product inventory ensuring sufficient stock to prevent supply risks while minimizing scrap exposure;
  • Coordinate with Site Planning on the timely availability of production batches and align with Supply Management on demand and supply control measures;
  • Align with Regional Operations Leads regarding new launches, lifecycle management activities, and transitions;
  • Advice and/or support the distribution requirements planning (DRP) to ensure replenishment of local stock points is executed appropriately;

 

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in Supply Chain or similar;
  • Previous experience in a complex supply chain environment and with demand planning & techniques;
  • Professional experience in using Excel, Smart Sheet, Tableau, and similar tools;
  • Experience in GMP and/or pharmaceutical environment;
  • Analytical skills and process-driven;
  • Knowledge of Planning Systems (preferred Kinaxis RapidResponse, Anaplan, and SAP);
  • Experience in a matrix organization: in particular global, regional, and site supply chain;
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
