Customer Service Representative – Front Office – German/English

Our client is a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical company based in the region of Tilburg. With an international and hardworking team on board our client is looking for a Customer Service – Front Office Specialist. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers and clients – helping them to solve order related issues.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers and clients – helping them to solve order related issues.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for customer care which will involve the following tasks:
  • Unique first point of contact for customers
  • Following up on customer service
  • Discussing, accepting, entering complaints
  • Executing track and trace on daily basis, following up on delays, and signing off reports
  • Executing returns for all order types, credit and debit notes, follows up timely release
  • Maintaining and updating Customer Master Data requests
  • You will be responsible for appropriately solving administrative issues
  • You will ensure compliance with SOX and GMP regulations
  • You will be in charge of correct master data set up and review

PROFILE

  • You hold MBO 4 or higher
  • You are fluent in multiple languages (German and English)
  • You have minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience in customer service or sales
  • You are able to shift between tasks in a dynamic environment and work within diverse, international group of people
  • You are experienced MS-Office user
  • You have advanced communication skills
  • You are customer and services focused
  • You have high quality standards with regards to work
  • You are a problem solver
  • Computer skills and ERP experience is a plus
  • Experience with issue handling in a Supply Chain environment is a plus

PROJECT DURATION

1 year with possible extension
