For a top client in Enkhuizen, we are looking for a short term Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative. In this role you are responsible for the daily operations from order taking to delivery for sales area BENELUX in SSV EAME.
Responsibilities
- Monitor lead times, adjust when necessary and inform about changes and bottlenecks.
- Identify, anticipate and solve order-related problems.
- Besides the responsibility of your own region, you will be supporting colleagues in the region of EAME.
- Handling of orders for an assigned sales Area in EAME, including the information and communication flow and you make sure all relevant data is administered properly.
- The primary contact for order handling for customers and colleagues within your responsibility.
- Key player for a full and satisfactory delivery in time.
- Actively communicate with various departments internally as well as with customers and affiliates to identify and correct issues in a timely manner.
- Organize and administer your work efficiently.
Your Profile
- Fluent in Dutch and preferably English or French.
- Preferable HBO / University or MBO+ with several years of relevant work experience.
- Experienced in Customer relations, operations & SAP
- Commercial focus and good analytical and planning skills.
- Strong communicator, pro-active and have a problem-solving mindset.
Practicalities
- Location: Enkhuizen
- ASAP needed
- 38 hrs on site (afterwards can have 2 days from home)
- Short term contract, possibility of extension.
