Business Services Coordinator

The coordinator will complete operations and management tasks that support the efforts of a variety of activities/services. These services can include but are not limited to Processes, Systems, Business Administration and Communication.

The coordinator will partner with the different functions within Business Services and the customers for timely execution of their requests and to identify new opportunities to optimize processes

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the daily operations and managing deadlines/guarantees timely readiness of all customer requests.
  • Coordinate & execute all incoming requests for his/her assigned services and systems
  • Achieve Business Services targets & assist in defining objectives to achieve targets on a team and/or individual level
  • Provide expert support to the customers on his assigned services and systems (SME), create and maintain best practices in line with the customer needs and changing environment
  • Following workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Coordinating activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Engage with customers for a smooth and flawless process of their requests
  • Support Business Services related projects and initiatives, participate in process optimizations.
  • Independently determines and resolves problems within scope.
  • Continuously look to optimize and improve his/her assigned services based on customer needs.

 

KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical environment
  • Workflow, process, and customer oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multi-task and demonstrate resiliency and high productivity in a fast-paced environment is required
  • Operating with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a high degree of the customer
  • Appropriate system knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills are required.

Location: Beerse, Belgium

Duration: 6 months (Possible extension)
