Your Role

  • As a Business Developer you are responsible for setting up new partnerships within our markets. You do this by using our business intelligence tools and lead generation via automated marketing tools.

  • You are responsible for spotting market trends and you translate this into new propositions.

  • You are responsible for expanding both existing customers and linking new customers within Europe.

  • You help with strategies to approach new customers.

  • You are an ambassador of Panda International.

 

Who are you?

  • You have an HBO / WO diploma.

  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience.

  • Ideally, you have several years of experience in sales, preferably in a business development role.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English; a third language is an advantage (German / French).

  • You have an eye for detail and documenting processes.
