After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine and two Master’s degrees in Experimental Internal Medicine and Health Policy & Economics, Ana began her career in scientific research. She gained international experience, including time at the University of Oxford, and later worked as a QC Microbiologist.
Although she enjoyed working in the lab, Ana wanted a role that combined her scientific background with a stronger people focus. Recruitment offered the perfect balance, allowing her to stay close to the life sciences industry while helping professionals grow in their careers, which is what ultimately led her to Panda.
Today, Ana partners with Next Generation Therapeutics companies to connect them with top-quality talent specialising in QA, QC, and QP professionals. She enjoys building relationships across the industry and supporting both candidates and companies in finding the right fit.
Outside of work, Ana has played piano for over 14 years and is part of her university’s volleyball team. Originally from Spain, she moved to the Netherlands at 18 to pursue her career in biomedical research. Fun fact: alongside recruitment, she is currently studying a Master’s in Astrophysics, although for her sometimes the talent market feels more complex than the universe!
