Job Description
A global life sciences organisation is seeking a highly experienced QC Manager to lead Quality Control activities at the Verviers site. This role requires a strong background in microbiology, proven leadership capabilities, and expertise in GMP and life sciences quality standards. You will supervise the site QC team, ensure timely release of finished products and raw materials, oversee laboratory operations, and drive continuous improvement in quality systems.

Essential Requirements
· Proven experience as a QC Manager, ideally within microbiology
· Strong knowledge of GMP and life sciences quality standards
· Demonstrated team management and leadership skills
· Structured mindset with strong quality orientation and adherence to deadlines
· Experience in training and developing laboratory technicians
· Ability to oversee proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
· Advanced professional English

Preferred Requirements
· Experience implementing and improving site quality systems
· Hands-on experience in microbiology laboratories and QC operations
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Contract Type: Minimum 6 months
Team: Supervises QC site support group
Scope: Responsible for site QC activities, product and raw material release, laboratory management, and training
