Job Description
As a Material Coordinator - Production Support, you will be the essential link between warehouse and production operations, ensuring that all materials and consumables are delivered on time to keep 10+ production lines running without disruption. You will be responsible for preparing and supplying production orders, managing material flows with modern systems, and maintaining compliance with GMP/GDP standards.
In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will also contribute to process improvements, support LEAN initiatives, and collaborate closely with colleagues to optimize operational efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment while directly contributing to patient safety and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and prepare production orders, verify materials, and deliver them to the lines On-Time-In-Full
Manage material flows using SAP, MES, RF scanners, reach trucks, and order-pick trucks
Supply production with consumables and return finished products or unused stock to storage
Ensure strict compliance with GMP/GDP standards and maintain accurate documentation
Actively contribute to LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Desirable Experience:
Background in logistics, production, or warehousing
Familiarity with SAP, MES, or GMP/GDP environments
Experience with reach trucks or order-pick trucks (or willingness to obtain license)
