You will work daily in multidisciplinary teams on various projects and act as a link between sales, customers, and engineering.
What will you do:
- Define, design, and qualify processes for integrated technologies within the modular machine platform.
- Make decisions in the field of micro-assembly and high-tech industry.
- Perform requirements analysis and define error budgets.
- Set up work breakdown structures to effectively manage projects.
- Risk management, including Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Risk and Safety Assessment (RSA).
- Apply adhesive techniques and/or micro-assembly technologies.
- Inspire, motivate, and lead colleagues within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure good communication and collaboration between sales, customers, and engineering.
- Contribute to the development of groundbreaking products and technologies.
Who are we looking for:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the development of mechatronic systems.
- You have experience in requirements analysis, defining error budgets, and setting up work breakdown structures.
- You are familiar with risk management methods, including FMEA and RSA.
- You have knowledge of adhesive techniques and/or micro-assembly technologies.
- You are a conceptual thinker who is willing to make choices.
- You have excellent communication skills and can inspire and motivate others.
- You are proficient in both Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
