Quality Assurance Officer

For a Pharmaceutical company that develops, registers, produces, and markets veterinary, over-the-counter medical devices and cosmetic products. All their products are created to have unique benefits with the purpose to enhance people’s lives. Currently it is sold in more than 50 countries worldwide. and with that success their looking for a quality assurance officer.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer complaint and feedback management
• Providing support in managing internal audits
• Keeping QMS system up to date
• Providing process data for maintenance of technical files of the company’s devices
• Communicating production and delivery updates regularly with internal stakeholders and preventing and mitigating shortages and delays.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 2-year QA experience in medical, chemical, or food industry
• Warm personality with strong communication skills (Dutch and English)
• Pro-active and autonomous
• HBO or MBO with job record
