Payroll Specialist

2022 signals a new phase in our journey as we are expanding into new markets across Germany, Switzerland and the USA. Due to this expansion, we have huge internal growth plans and aim to grow by 200 new Panda’s by 2025.

To support our growth ambitions, we are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to support our growing operations team.

Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist

  • Ensure a timely and accurate monthly payroll for all team members
  • Answer payroll related questions from our team members
  • Work closely with the Personnel Administration team for changes that affect payroll
  • Providing support to the HR team in all Payroll related matters.
  • You provide payroll feedback and data when required to support ongoing HR projects.

Requirements of the Payroll Specialist

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience with Dutch Payroll
  • A “can do” mentality
  • A good understanding of HR Matters and local labor laws
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Fluency in Dutch and English is required)
