For this globally renowned Biopharmaceutical CMO in the Netherlands I am looking for EHS Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring of EHS aspects in the project:
- Reports to Capex Lead of the project and indirectly to the EHS lead of the site
Works in close collaboration with the Project Managers in charge of construction, and the installation of work equipment or machines
- Works in close collaboration with all stakeholders within construction, commissioning and operational teams, and ensures adherence to and interfaces with wider site campus requirements
- Provides EHS expertise to ensure compliance with legal EHS requirements but also Corporate EHS or fire insurance requirements in the project
- Provides safety leadership to the client project engineering, design, construction and commissioning teams
- Carries out the EHS review at the different stages of the project in order to validate compliance with the defined EHS requirements, and oversees EHS inspections and audits for the project
- Is in charge of the risk analyzes to be carried out within the framework of the projects (HAZOP attendance).
- Carries out LMRA (Last min risk assessments) , reviews and approved installation and commissioning plans
- Puts in place a site procedure and tools (checklist in particular) in order to standardize the process of taking EHS aspects into account
- Sets up a scorecard to monitor compliance with the consideration of EHS aspects at the different stages of the project
PROFILE
- Experience with Capex projects (construction, commissioning, etc of production lines for pharma/Biochemical
- 5+ years minimum
- English & Dutch (needs to be able to interact with the construction personnel, which mainly speaks Dutch)
