NEXT STOP: WHAT'S REQUIRED
Panda International Finalists in the Staffing Awards

The Staffing Awards are organised annually to find the best staffing agencies for freelancers and independent contractors. As one of the finalists, Panda International will be attending the ‘Dag van de Flexibele Arbeid’ this afternoon.

RECOGNITION FOR OUR PARTNERSHIPS IN THE STAFFING AWARDS

When Daisy Tazelaar and Jay Freeman started Panda, they envisioned a company where emphasis was placed on collaboration, forward-thinking, mission-focused and world-class.

4 years down the line, we’re very proud to see that the dedication to quality is being recognized in the Staffing Awards.

Thanks to our valued clients and candidates who wrote such great reviews for us, we will be attending the ‘Dag van de Flexibele Arbeid’ as finalists.

Regardless of the outcome, the feedback from our clients and candidates that we have received through Ratecard has been second to none. We will continue to strive for high delivery, great collaboration and a positive partnership experience every day.

WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE, OUR VIEW ON FEEDBACK AND WHY WE SHOULD WIN…

Daisy answered these questions for Staffing Awards blog. Below are the key points from the interview:

What makes us unique?

  • The strength of Panda and our employees is how we deal with our clients and candidates as Partners; this shines in the ratings!
  • We invest in improving the processes behind the scenes, our market knowledge and the skills of our employees so that we continuously optimize our service to our partners.

How do we view feedback?

  • Candidate and client feedback and bench-marking provides valuable insight, guides us on the right path and motivates us to continue improving our service quality!

Why should we win?

  • In a short time, we’ve made a big impact on the freelance life sciences market! Our clients and candidates trust us to deliver and often prefer to work with us over our competition because of the successful collaborations and partnerships we have with them.
