In this challenging role, you are responsible for analyzing, drawing up, updating and managing maintenance plans to achieve production objectives. In addition, you are involved in continuously improving maintenance and installations and thus contributing to the optimal balance between asset performance, risks and costs.
Your main responsibilities:
- You ensure that the maintenance plans and concepts in the maintenance management system (SAP-PM) remain up-to-date.
- You draw up maintenance plans, you do this together with working groups, based on legislation and regulations, FMECAs, supplier information and knowledge on the work floor.
- You improve the technical content of the maintenance plans, with input from the executives.
- You support activities surrounding the warehouse, both physical layout and its SAP design.
- You facilitate the analysis of repetitive technical failures and breakdowns, with the aim of identifying the root causes. And of course initiate actions to prevent recurrence.
What do you take with you:
- A completed MBO/HBO education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position within the food and/or process industry or automotive.
- Knowledge and experience with Maintenance management systems and methodologies, such as: Ultimo, SAP-PM, RCM, TPM etc.
- Demonstrable experience with troubleshooting/targeted (continuous) improvement in a production environment.
- Knowledge and experience in analyzing data and statistics.
- You are eager to learn, easily make contact with (external) parties, are able to lead projects and can work independently under overall supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English at all levels.
