We are seeking a CQV Lab-X Engineer to join our client in Ireland for an expansive novel system implementation project. You will play a pivotal role in integrating novel software platforms and systems into manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and seamless functionality.

Start date: ASAP with initial 18 month contract (extension thereafter)

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with existing systems
  • Generate all prerequisites for the system integration for Lab X
  • Develop procedural documents and guidelines
  • Oversee the Design Input (DI) aspect of system integration, identifying risks and implementing mitigations.
  • Continuously learn about new systems and technologies and develop comprehensive lifecycle documents.
  • Lead the qualification process for the novel systems
  • Generate system requirements and collaborate with QA and validation teams.
  • Integrate Lab X, Met13400+, Viper, and Lab Solutions into existing systems.
  • Provide on-site support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Participate in DI assessments and sandbox testing.
  • Liaise with vendors for minor qualifications and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Background in Manufacturing with a strong focus on Commissioning and Qualification (CnQ) of novel systems.
  • Proficiency in Design Input (DI) processes.
  • Experience working with Lab X (or Met13400+, Viper)
  • Ability to integrate systems seamlessly and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, CnQ, QA, or Validation.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution and crisis management.
  • Flexible work arrangements, including partial remote work.
